Fisherman for one night

Like a real sea wolf, a night on board a "saccavela", the typical boat used for fishing anchovies.

Thanks to this experience it will be possible to discover all the tricks and techniques that Procidan fishermen use to catch anchovies, exquisite blue fish with well-known organoleptic properties. During the fishing trip, it will be possible to admire the fishermen, between Procida and Pozzuoli, during the spectacular phase of placing the nets and attracting the fish thanks to the lampare, particular lamps placed on 2 or more small boats, called daughters. Equally exciting is the phase in which, once the anchovies have been attracted, the little daughter boats move to allow the fishermen to tighten and close the bottom of the nets and bring the catch to the mother boat.

The departure is scheduled around 20.00 from Marina Corricella, characteristic and suggestive fishermen's harbor on board the motorboat 'La Gemella'.
