A fascinating walking tour through the narrow streets of the historic center to discover the traditions, culture and unique architecture of the island of Procida. Welcome in Piazza D'Armi in the village of Terra Murata, the first settlement on the island, where you will visit the millennial Abbey of San Michele Arcangelo, a real treasure chest and expression of worship and devotion of yesterday and today. You will reach the panoramic Piazza dei Martiri, theater of the fierce Bourbon repression of 1799. You will cross the characteristic farmhouses with their particular "spontaneous" architecture, which can only be visited on foot.
It will be possible to admire the most suggestive views of the historical center that will reveal unexpected wonders to the eyes of the visitor. The tour will end in the picturesque fishing port of Marina Corricella where the absence of traffic will make the walk particularly pleasant. During the tour it will be possible to taste some typical Procidan products.
